According to Bloomberg, Apple's smart TV could be on the market from the second half of 2012 and will do so with Sharp.
Apple is preparing the new television with three main factors:
- Siri enabled voice commands
- A similar system to that of XBox Kinect, with which the TV will be able to understand gestures and movements
- The option to access on demand content (similar to iTunes)
According to several sources and the recent biography of Steve Jobs, it seems like Apple will launch a new Smart TV, capable of using all Apple Apps and linking to other Apple devices, such as the Iphone and Ipad.
Jobs said he wanted to "create an inegrated TV easy to use" and that "it would perfectly sync with all Apple devices with iCloud." It should also "have the most simple user interface you can imagine."
